dev-cpp/azure-identity: Fix managed identity issue
I've bumped azure-identity in Gentoo and patched it to fix the issue in Azure/azure-sdk-for-cpp#6698.
How to use
In the SDK, update azure-identity and try to use azure-keyvault-pkcs11 with a managed identity.
Testing done
I've tested the ebuild change in the SDK locally and tested the change itself in the SDK on the release VM in Azure.
